Max. Processes: 800
Max. Cycles: 8000
Max. Length: 20

Scoring: 3 for a win
         1 for a tie
         0 for a lose

Limitation:

The following opcodes are disallowed: 

SEQ : Skip next instruction if A is equal to B
CMP : same as SEQ
SNE : Skip next instruction if A is not equal to B


Hints:
------

Oneshots are extremely strong on the tiny hill. Without
these Opcodes it should change this a bit. Well, let's
see.
