Corewars Beginner's League

As myself being a beginner, I want to support all the other corewars beginners (and of course all the other too), This is my proposal : each two weeks there will be a tournament of warriors made by beginners and all of them will be listed in a koth-like ranking, each other tournament starts with a new slate, creating a new environment and letting beginners have a chance.
